Shipping Policy

At YoYo Designs, we work with our trusted print-on-demand partner Gelato to produce and ship your orders directly to you. This policy explains how shipping works, including delivery times, costs, and responsibilities.

 


 

1. Order Processing

  • All products are made to order once your purchase is confirmed.

  • Processing times are typically 2–5 business days, depending on the product and order volume.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

 


 

2. Shipping Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:

  • UK: 3–7 business days

  • Europe: 5–10 business days

  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note: These are estimated delivery times and may vary due to factors outside of our control (e.g. courier delays, customs clearance, or peak seasons).

 


 

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order size.

  • Any applicable customs duties or import taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer.

 


 

4. Tracking Your Order

  • Most orders include tracking details, which will be provided in your dispatch confirmation email.

  • Some smaller items may be shipped without tracking depending on the delivery service used.

 


 

5. Delivery Issues

  • If your order contains multiple products, they may be produced and shipped separately depending on availability and production location.
