Returns & Refunds Policy

At YoYo Designs, we want you to love your purchase. As our products are print-on-demand and made to order, we can only accept returns in certain circumstances. This policy explains your rights and our process for returns and refunds.

 


 

1. Made-to-Order Products

  • All of our products are custom printed after you place an order.

  • Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges if you change your mind, order the wrong size, or decide you no longer want the product.

 


 

2. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

We will replace or refund your order if:

  • The item arrives damaged.

  • The print is defective.

  • You receive the wrong item or size compared to your order confirmation.

 


 

3. How to Request a Return or Refund

If your order is faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of delivery at [Insert Contact Email].

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

  3. Our team will review and confirm whether you are eligible for a refund or replacement.

 


 

4. Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method (PayPal, Klarna, or Stripe).

  • Refunds may take up to 10 working days to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.

 


 

5. Replacements

  • Where possible, we will arrange a replacement product at no additional cost.

  • Replacement orders are fulfilled and shipped by our print partner Gelato.

 


 

6. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Orders where the wrong size or design was chosen by the customer.

  • General wear and tear, or damage caused after delivery.

  • Items returned without contacting us first.
